JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 498A, 494, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. There is no mention of specific date of occurrence in the written report.
Petitioner is husband of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
