The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No. 18542 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 According to complaint based allegation, the petitioners in collusion with each other created a forged sale deed in respect of the property of the complainant. Submission is that both sides are agnates and there is property dispute and just to pressurize, complaint case has been filed.
Considering the disputed question of fact, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manua Pul) Police Station Case No.294 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
