The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in connection with Bye-pass P.S. case no. 15 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the occurrence took place on a very trivial issue of stealing a dog and it is alleged in the First Information Report that no one has received injury in the occurrence.

Having heard both sides. In view of the allegations made in the F.I.R. and the fact that there is no injury on

Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv Kumar Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in connection with Bye-pass P.S. case no. 15 of 2017 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
