The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2018 in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
