The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or directions to the Respondents for appointing the Petitioner on compassionate ground in place of his deceased father Late Ram Lagan Yadav and further any other relief(s) be granted for which he found entitled."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11519 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
