JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 387, 379 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave knife blow to the informant causing injury on his back. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 5.5.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The nature of injury is simple. The matter has been compromised between the parties.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Arun Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. case No.115 of 2016.
