The petitioner is accused in connection with Mdanpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2016, registered under Sections 124(A), 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4/5 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused Ganesh Yadav. Thereafter, the informant gave his statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and stated about complicity of the petitioner in this case. Except that there is nothing against the petitioner and petitioner having no criminal

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
