This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 278 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., on 28.10.2022 at about 10:00 A.M. while the informant was cleaning the road near his house, the accused persons including the petitioner came holding different weapons and started abusing and assaulting the informant. It is also alleged that the accused persons snatched Rs.10,000/- from his pocket.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22724 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Siwan, in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 278 of 2022.
