JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 380, 448, 354, 436 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused person including the petitioners dragged the informant on the road and she was confined by petitioner no. 1 namley Aklesh Mehta @ Akhilesh Mehta. It is further alleged that accused persons took away Rs. 7500/- and She Goat from the house of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37025 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2015 Accusation is not specific against the petitioners. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the trial has concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chousa (Fulout) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Udakishunganj (Madhepura).

With this observation this application is disposed of.
