This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Saraiya P.S. Case No. 663 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 272 & 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act. In this case, there is recovery of about 720 litres of foreign liquor from a pick-up van and the petitioner's complicity has been found in the crime.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
