Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing fire arm injury to the informant. The Annexure-2 to this petition goes to show that the informant sustained simple injury though said to be caused by fire arm. Petitioner is in jail custody since 5.5.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent. The investigation against the petitioner appears to have already been completed.
