The petitioner seeks bail in Khanpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2014 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents and, that is why, he has been arrested in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 08.04.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight months but he has not been put on T.I.P. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
