The petitioner seeks bail in Patna Junction (GRPS, Patna) P.S. Case No. 267/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 15.480 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2018. He has clean antecedent. Considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
