2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 324, 504, 506/34 of the IPC later on section 302 of the IPC added in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No.315 of 2019.

3. This this the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail. The petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.19651 of 2021, but then the same was rejected by an order dated 15.12.2021.

4. On query of the Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that out of eight charge sheet witnesses six witnesses have already been examined and the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26958 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 in custody since 02.09.2019 in the instant case which was instituted under Section 302 of the IPC read with other sections.

5. The Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, accordingly the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
