JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.245 of 2015 arising out of Dharhara P.S. Case No.86 of 2015 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.56070 of 2015 dated 15.12.2015. For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 15.12.2015, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
