There is a delay in the filing of the restoration application. However, keeping in view the facts stated in the affidavit accompanying the application, we are satisfied that sufficient ground has been made out for restoring the writ petition.

Accordingly, we recall the order dated 17th January, 2018 and restore CWJC No.16602 of 2017 to its original number. The application stands allowed.
