Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 366A, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added Section 376 of the IPC.

The prosecution in short is that on 23.04.2020 at about 07:00PM, the petitioner and other co-accused persons equipped with deadly weapons reached the house of the informant and abducted his 15 years old minor sister and the petitioner made demand of Rs.25,000/- to return the victim and

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Court, Supaul /concerned Court below in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020.
