Petitioner seeks bail in Barh P.S. Case No.335 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. Police arrested the petitioner in Barh P.S. Case No.363 of 2017 and recorded his confessional statement and thereafter implicated him in the instant case. Petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2018.
