Mr. Gandhi, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 has been arrested during the pendency of this application. As such, the present application with respect to him has become infructuous. The application with respect to petitioner No.

The petitioner No. 2/Akhilesh Rai @ Aklesh Rai seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, dated 21.03.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 225, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner No. 2 though is named in the F.I.R., but there is no specific accusation against him. Several persons have been made accused in this case with the allegation of indulging in fisticuffs with the police, which had arrested two of the accused persons carrying liquor. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against petitioner No. 2/Akhilesh Rai @ Aklesh Rai and taking into account his clean antecedent, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali
