Petitioner seeks bail in Amba P.S. Case No.74 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(b), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 3⁄4 Mahua Flower Act. From the seizure list, it appears that 45 Kg. Mahua flower has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedents. He is in custody since 17.08.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59623 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with Amba P.S. Case No.74 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
