Patna High Court CWJC No.18117 of 2014(3) dt.05-12-2022 2/3 Aanganwari Centre No. 122 which was earlier running in Ward No.13 of Gram Panchayat Raj, Sundrapur West has been shifted to Ward No.12 and on production the same may be quashed by issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari on the ground that if under Ward No.13 Centre No.122 was functional since 2002 and Aanganwari Centre has also constructed there at, there can be no reason to shift Centre No.122 from Ward No. 13 to Ward No. 12.

(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to ensure that the Aanganwari Centre No.

122 should come back to its original Ward i.e. Ward No.13 where it was operating since the day of its establishment and in no case, it should go to any other ward even in view of the modified policy decision of the State Government for establishment of an Aanganwari Centre for each Ward under the Gram Panchayat."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the
