JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no.1 Yamun Sharma has been arrested. Hence, this application so far as it relates to petitioner no.1 has become infructuous.

Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner nos. 2 to 4 being neighbours of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36479 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are not related to the husband of the victim but they have been roped in the present case since they happen to be the neighbour of the husband of the victim. It is further submitted that on conclusion of investigation the petitioner nos. 2 to 4 were not sent up for trial but differing with the final form cognizance has been taken.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner nos. 2 to 4 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Rosera in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No.13 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
