The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 3 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he has been made accused in another case, i.e., Atri P.S. Case No. 240 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(d) of Excise Act. It is urged on behalf of the

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
