The petitioner seeks bail in Chand P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Raju Paswan.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18442 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
