The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Adapur P. S. Case No. 244 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The alleged victim girl seems to be a major.

Considering her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

S. Case No. 244 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
