JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-12-2022 Writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authorities for appointing the petitioner as Prerak under Gram Panchayat Raj, Berbas of Dumra Block in the District of Sitamarhi.

The admitted position, as per paragraph 24 of the writ petition, is that the selection process, in which the petitioner was claiming to be appointed, was cancelled.

Therefore, the petitioner, in the opinion of this Court, cannot claim any direction by this Court for her appointment,
