The petitioner is in custody in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 419 of 2018, G.R. No. 3127 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the instant case was registered against unknown and during course of investigation the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the commission of the crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been put on TIP notwithstanding the fact that he is in custody since 17.1.2019.
