Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sectioin 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Petitioner is said to have manufactured illegal country made liquor and it is alleged that having got confidential information, police made a raid and seeing the police party, petitioner and several others fled away from the place of occurrence. The informant claims that in huge quantity Chhoa and five litres country made liquor were recovered from the Bhatti of the petitioner and co-accused Bitu Sao. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30037 of 2016 (2) dt.29-07-2016 2/2 petitioner was arrested on the spot.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.32 of 2016.
