2. The present petition has been filed for the grant of following relief:

"for initiating a proceeding of contempt of court for violating the order and for punishing the opposite parties for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 27.06.2023

Patna High Court MJC No.942 of 2024(3) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 6201 of 2023."

3. The show cause of on behalf of respondent nos. 3,4 and 6 to 9 is on record and paragraph no.7 shows that in the presence of encroachers/villagers and the State opposite parties on 22.12.2023, the encroachment was removed and the villagers have also put in their respective signatures.

4. In that background, the order stands complied, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
