This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.Case No.111 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is of snatching cash from the bank employees. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired on confession of the co-accused and the petitioner is accused in three other cases also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on confession he has been made accused in other cases also and there is also no recovery in that case and nothing has been recovered in this case. He is in custody since 28.3.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60831 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail after completion of further two months' in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.Case no.111 of 2017 with condition that one of the bailors should be local bailor.
