====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioners in the present writ application. "For issuance of an appropriate writ/order for quashing the notice dated 07.07.2017, issued under the signature of respondent no. 3, The Circle Officer, Akhodigola, Rohtas, whereby and where under the petitioners have been directed to remove the encroachment from the land appertaining to Revenue Thana No.

128, Khata No. 225 and Khesra No. 381, situated at Mauza-Dharhra."

Considering the relief as sought for on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5603 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 petitioners, in the present writ application, the petitioners are directed to prefer an appeal under Section 11 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, within a period of thirty days from today.

The Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal of the petitioners within a period of four months from the date of filing of such appeal.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
