The petitioners being the parents, brothers, co-villager and second wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35913 of 2015 (02) dt.04-09-2015 2/3 punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation of killing the sister of the informant after 16 years of marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation of demanding dowry after 16 years appears to be unreasonable and there is omnibus and general accusation against entire family. The husband of the victim filed Informatory petition that the victim become traceless prior to the filing of the present case. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the accused persons have killed the sister of the informant.

Considering the fact that the impugned order does not suggest any eye witness to the occurrence and the accusation is omnibus and general, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of
