2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents for grant of pensionary benefits to the petitioner on account of her husband having died on 25.06.1994 while working as Assistant Teacher.

3. The husband of the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher on 07.09.1991 and he died on 25.06.1994. It, thus, appears that the petitioner has rendered less than three years of service as Assistant Teacher.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioner has not been able to point out any Rule under which pensionary benefits can

5. Under the circumstances, no direction can be given to the respondents for payment of pensionary benefits to the petitioner on account of her husband having died on 25.06.1994 after having served as Assistant Teacher for less than three years.

6. The second prayer of the petitioner is for appointment of the son of the petitioner on compassionate ground on account of her husband having died in harness on 25.06.1994 while working as Assistant Teacher.

7. The writ petition having been filed in the year 2023, therefore no direction can be given to the respondents for appointing the son of the petitioner on compassionate ground on account of her husband having died in harness as far back as on 25.06.1994 while working as Assistant Teacher.
