Petitioner is accused in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 223 of 2018 registered under Sections 414/420/34 oif the I.P.C. and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2018, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd
