JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to protect residential plot of the petitioner's family from being illegally occupied by the respondent No.8 who is a member of State Legislative Council and is trying to amalgamate the residential plot of the petitioner's family under the influence of his position.

In my opinion, the petitioner has statutory remedy before appropriate authority either under the Bihar Right to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5565 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.

It goes without saying that if there is any question of dispute regarding title between the contesting parties, the petitioner can avail his remedy by approaching competent court of civil jurisdiction.

This application stands disposed of with the observation as above.
