For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamous for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to fix the salary of petitioner in the light of Lertter No. 587 dated 28.2.2012 issued by Inspector General of Registration, Bihar, Patna whereby and whereunder 2nd A.C.P. has been granted to the petitioner w.e.f. 3.2.2005.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/orders/direction for commanding and directing the respondents to revise the pension and other retiral benefits of the petitioner after fixation of salary and granted of 2nd A.C.P. w.e.f.

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. 3.
