Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of D.R.I. Case No. 15 of 2018-19 (NDPS Case No. 40 of 2018) (arising out of Enq No. 231 of 2018), disclosing offences punishable under Sections 20,23,25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

The petitioner's prayer for regular bail was earlier rejected by an order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48589 of 2019, noticing the provisions under Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. The petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28552 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 has renewed his prayer for bail.

Considering the specific provisions as contained in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to entertain the second application filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail.

This application is dismissed.
