The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No.181 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the inordinate and unexplained delay of 40 days in institution of the first information report, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandual P.S. Case No.181 of 2017 subject to the conditions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61280 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
