====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 183 of 2022, dated 25.04.2022, lodged under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018 read with Section 25 (1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 11.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37831 of 2022 this Court had rejected the bail application of petitioner with liberty that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after three months of framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed on 01.12.2022, which is annexed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20554 of 2023(2) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 Annexure-3 to this application.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Judge-1, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 183 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
