Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have given dagger blow to the injured Ram Kumar Yadav. The impugned order goes to show that injured Ram Kumar Yadav sustained simple injury though said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon. However, there appears to be case and counter case between the parties.

Case No. 824 of 2019.
