JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The impugned order goes to show that evidence has already been closed and the learned trial court has sought three months time for conclusion of the trial of the petitioner therefore, again I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 15.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40193 of 2015.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with G.R.No. 2595 of 2014 arising out of Routara P.S.Case No. 58 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge1st cum Special Judge, Katihar stands rejected.

No.34516 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 However, the learned trial court must conclude the trial of the petitioner within the above stated period of three months from the date or receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself.
