The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Piparasi P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that one person has died in the incident. It appears from the order of the learned Sessions Judge that seven persons have received injury in that incident. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28702 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Kishore Yadav and Pramod Yadav is rejected. It is, however, made clear that if the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and make a payer for regular bail, the court below shall pass order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order in any manner.
