The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner received Rs.5,50,000/- from the informant for providing employment in Indian Railways. Subsequently, the joining letter was given by the petitioner, which was found to be forged when the informant went to join.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that any agreement for the illegal purpose constitutes no offence and there is no proof with regard to payment made to the petitioner.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.372 of 2013, pending before the learned CJM, West Champaran, Bettiah.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
