Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Town 726 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 401, 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Moreover, the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.60969 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 726 of 2017.
