2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 316 ( 2 ), 318 ( 4 ), 338 , 336 (3) , 61 ( 2 ), 111 of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , allegation against this petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons opened bank account of villagers by luring them for Rs. 10,000/- which would be deposited through Pradhanmantri Yojna .

4. Petitioner is employ of Bandhan Bank and in spite of repeated request and issuance of notice under section 94 of BNSS , he neither turn up nor co-operated with Investigating Officer during investigation .
