This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Koran Sarai P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 dated 16.04.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court has been informed that in this case charge sheet has been submitted and cognizance has been taken.

In that view of the matter, this petition would not be required to be adjudicated upon. More so, when a petition vide Cr. Misc. No. 16497 of 2016 has already been filed challenging the order of cognizance which is pending adjudication.

This petition, therefore, is dismissed as having become infructuous.
