The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, a Tata Magic vehicle loaded with biscuits, tea, cigarettes etc., was looted away by unknown miscreants after assaulting the Driver. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The said vehicle has been recovered. No incriminating article has been

The petitioner has one criminal case pending against him as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The name of the petitioner has sprung up during the course of investigation. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Jhanjharpur, in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 409 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
