Patna High Court MJC No.3924 of 2014 (02) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 18918 of 2008 stands modified to the extent that the petitioner is resident of village - 'Misra Ke Gouri' instead of 'Misri Ke Gouri' and district name is 'Siwan' instead of 'Gopalganj.' Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
