JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420. 120B, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that she got job of contract teacher on the basis of false certificate. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has already been removed from job and she is a pregnant lady. In the alleged occurrence, some remission was given to those candidates whose appointment was found illegal due to false certificate produced by them. They were to resign from their posts within a certain period, but the petitioner could not have resigned.

No.3070 of 2017 (2) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishangan/Successor Court in connection with Kishanganj Police Station Case No432 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
