Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 471 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that except statements of prosecution witnesses as well as seized documents, there is nothing on record to show the involvement of the petitioner in the present crime. The name of petitioner was disclosed by those accused persons who were arrested from the premises in question and the aforesaid persons have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29972 of 2016 (2) dt.29-07-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Kotwali P.S.
